The client

25 years in boardrooms on three continents, and a method with no name.

Olga Kiendler spent 25+ years in international deals and boardrooms across Europe, the Middle East and Africa: corporate lawyer, senior banker, board member, with an Executive MBA from London Business School and a hypnotherapy certification along the way.

Out of all of it she had developed a way of working with executives that changed their decisions. But none of it had a name or existed on paper. It was powerful in a room and invisible outside one. She needed to move from "I know how to do this" to "this is my system, and here is the book."

The challenge

Finding a process that matched how she thinks.

Olga had wanted to write a book for years, with fragments scattered across notes, decks and client conversations. But structuring a methodology so a reader can actually use it is a different craft from the one she had spent her career mastering.

She looked at ghostwriters on Fiverr and Upwork, and none fit. She didn't want a lone freelancer with no company behind the work, and she didn't want pure AI. She wanted a real team using AI as a tool.

“I wanted a human combined with AI. I know it's going to cost more and that's perfectly fine with me, because the quality is different.”

What we built

One book, three named frameworks.

Mind Behind the Move: a full-length leadership book on executive decision-making, in twelve chapters.

01

Named the intellectual property

Writing forced her to name and structure what she had done for decades. Decision DNA®, DECODE™ and PAUSE all took shape in the book, and Decision DNA® is now a registered trademark.

02

Made it transferable

A book has to deliver value to a reader you'll never meet. The process turned implicit expertise into a system she can teach, license and scale.

03

Sounds like her, not a textbook

A final round of personal inputs went beyond the academic instinct. Those edits are what Olga loves most about the book.

Then, her website

A site where the method does the selling.

We designed and built olgakiendler.com around Decision DNA®: the hidden cost of big decisions, the three layers of the method, results from real clients and an assessment that starts the conversation.

The book was a mirror of my work. When they framed it in professional terms, I thought, wow, this really sounds amazing.

I had my material and I used it, but I wasn't praising it. I wasn't talking about it. I just knew what I was doing. Writing the book changed that completely.
